WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE TRACKING INFORMATION?

You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

Warburton processes orders in Murcia, Spain from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2 PM will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday or holidays will be processed the next business day. During promotional offers and seasonal sale, the dispatch process can take up to 3 business days. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

HOW CAN IN RETURN AN ORDER?

To initiate a return contact us at support@warburton.es. Please note that as soon as you make the request you must indicate the reason for the return/exchange. Once we accept it, you will receive another email with all the necessary information on how to proceed with your return.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

We are sorry if you received a faulty product and we want to help you solve the problem as quickly as possible.

Contact us at support@warburton.es as soon as you discover the defect. Please provide as many details as possible in order for us to best assist you, such as: order number, name of the faulty item and of course some pictures.

We will answer your request as soon as possible to help find the best solution.

 

WILL I BE REFUNDED DUTIES AND TAXES IF I RETURN MY ORDER?

When an item is returned, we do not refund the duties and taxes that were paid upon the arrival of the original order.
